Mix everything, apart from the salt. Add the salt towards the end. The dough should be slightly runny, but thick enough to form shapes with it in a frying pan.
Moisten your hands and create pittas in a grill pan.
Tip: You can form the pitta shapes on baking paper that’s cut to the desire size. You can then place it in the pan on the paper. This helps prevent the pittas from sticking to the pan and keeps things clean.
