Prepare the dough: Mix all the ingredients into a smooth dough. Wait 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 balls and roll each portion into a thin circle, roughly 18cm in diameter.
Fry in a pan, or oven-bake on 180C.
Prepare the filling: Sauté the onion in a pan until golden brown.
Add the julienned pepper for a quick stir-fry.
Crumble the ground meat into the pan and leave the mixture to cook.
Halfway through, add the corn and all remaining spices.
To Serve:
Pile a heap of mince mixture in the center of the Tortilla, and roll it up.
Optional: Top with baked beans in tomato sauce.
