• 1 ½ Cups Mehudar Wholegrain spelt flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 ½ Cups milk
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ Sachet baking powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons oil


Beat all the ingredients in a mixer with a whisk, until you get a thick, runny batter.
Ladle small quantities of the batter into a greased, hot frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serving suggestion:
Make a pile of pancakes on a plate and place a small cube of butter on top when they’re still hot.
Drizzle generously with maple syrup.

Wholegrain spelt flour, 70% Spelt Flour, White Spelt Flour, 70% Wholewheat Flour, White Sifted Flour
