Knead all the ingredients for the dough, and leave it to rise until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into 24 equal portions. Roll out each chunk of dough and form a bread roll.
Dip a sharp knife into oil, and make 3 diagonal slashes on each roll.
Leave the rolls to rise for another 20 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze, and brush the rolls with it.
Bake the rolls at 180C in a pre-heated oven, until the reach a golden brown.
