Place the flour, yeast, and sugar in a bowl.
Add the salt and mix.
Add the oil and mix.
Add eggs, and continue to mix.
Gradually add the water to the mixture.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it soft, pleasant to the touch and not sticky.
Lightly grease the dough and the bowl with oil. Cover the dough and allow to rise for an hour.
Once the dough has risen, divide it into 18 equal balls. Place them on a lined baking pan, leaving space between them for the rolls to grow.
Proof the rolls for a further 30 minutes.
Brush them with a beaten egg wash that includes a teaspoon of added sugar.
Sprinkle the rolls with sesame and place them in an oven that has been pre-heated to 200C.
The rolls should reach a nice golden color.
For softer rolls, place the baking pan directly on the kitchen floor as soon as the rolls are ready-baked, and cover the tray with a towel.
