Belgian Waffle


  • Mehudar wholegrain spelt
  • 3 Eggs
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Milk
  • A Pinch of Salt


Melt the butter in the milk. Allow the warm milk to cool.
Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and eggs in a bowl to form a sticky dough.
Slowly pour the milk into the dough until you get a smooth batter.
Use a waffle maker to prepare the waffles.
Serving suggestion: Dust with icing sugar / Drizzle chocolate spread / Add whipped cream, Ice cream, Honey, Berry Coulis, etc…

For this recipe you can use any one of the following flours:

Wholegrain spelt flour, 70% Spelt Flour, White Spelt Flour, 70% Wholewheat Flour, White Sifted Flour
